Crusoe Energy Systems to invest $10M in Tulsa, create 100 jobs

In a story published by The Journal Record, Crusoe Energy Systems, LLC, an AI-infrastructure company, leased approximately 112,000 square feet at 5404 S 122nd E Ave. in Tulsa, OK. Collier Imgrund, CCIM, represented the tenant in the lease. The company plans to invest approximately $10M into the facility and the expansion is expected to create 100 new jobs by the end of the year. The new location will be dedicated to manufacturing critical data center infrastructure components, such as switchgear.

International company to build $1B solar plant in Tulsa, OK

June 6th, 2023

Enel, an international green energy company, will begin construction on a solar panel manufacturing facility at the Tulsa Port of Inola in the fall. The 2-million square foot factory is being called the largest economic development project in state history, with an investment of more than $1 billion from the company and the creation of 1,000 new, permanent jobs by 2025.

Planned Oil Refinery in Cushing, OK

June 1st, 2023

Texas-based, Southern Rock Energy Partners (SREP), has selected Cushing, Oklahoma as the site for the United States' next-generation, full conversion crude refinery.The refinery will be built on about 625 acres and feature cutting-edge technology deployed to reduce its carbon footprint. According to the media release from SREP, the project is expected to have $5.56 billion in capital investments and supply 423+ full-time employees for operations.

Pratt & Whitney's Big Announcement

Pratt & Whitney, a Raytheon Technologies (NYSE:RTX) business, today announced its plans to invest $255 million through 2028 in a world-class sustainment facility in Oklahoma City, OK. $15M Renovation of the Historic Skirvin Hotel

December 20th, 2022

The 111-year old Skirvin Hotel in downtown Oklahoma City was recently purchased by Ortus Hotel Investments of Oklahoma City, led by Mark Beffort, Andy Burnett and Matthew Benjamin, along with Sovereign Properties Holdco - a business entity of the Chickasaw Nation. Investors and architects are meeting this week to develop a design plan for the $15 million renovation. Beffort said the renovation will begin Q3 2023 and take around six or seven months to complete. Rick Guild named Tulsan of the Year

Guild has completed over $1 billion in sale and lease transactions over the course of his career, inlcuding the $101.17 million sale of the Warren Place office complex. Mark highlighted how real estate markets are bouncing back after the pandemic, and he sees opportunity around every corner.

685,000 SF Spec Industrial Buildings, Tulsa, OK

March 29th, 2022

A planned industrial project in northeast Tulsa, valued at more than $50M, will include nearly 685,000 square feet between two buildings. Collier Imgrund of Newmark Robinson Park is working with VanTrust Real Estate, LLC to market the project, named Tulasi Commerce Park. The project is  situated on approximately 44 acres and will be located directly north of Whirlpool's 800,000 square foot distribution center.

Blue Road Investments has begun construction on a three building, 403,000 square foot premier industrial park located at the corner of SE 89th & Pole Rd. in Oklahoma City. The project, named SE Commerce Park, will be Blue Road's first development in Oklahoma City and will include a 180,000 SF cross-dock facility and two rear-load warehouses. Brett Price, CCIM, SIOR, Senior Managing Director at Newmark Robinson Park, will handle the leasing for the project. New Energy Services Company to Headquarter in Oklahoma

EightTwenty, a new energy services company, announced that they are establishing a new headquarters in northeast Oklahoma City which will create 75 jobs over the next two years. News 9 to purchase the Century Center

Griffin Communications plans to purchase and occupy the Century Center building in downtown Oklahoma City for its corporate headquarters, studios and newsroom. The company expects the move to be completed in 2022 which will bring nearly 200 jobs downtown. The building, which sits on the corner of Robinson & Sheridan, is home to Mahogany Steakhouse, The Oklahoman, and Main Street YMCA, who all plan to remain tenants in the building once purchased. Canoo Selects Oklahoma For Owned Manufacturing Facility

Exciting news for Tulsa!! Canoo (Nasdaq:GOEV) has selected the MidAmerica Industrial Park in Tulsa for their US manufacturing facility. Amazon Plans New Facility in Tulsa

May 10th, 2021

Amazon plans to build a 270,000 square foot warehouse distribution and sorting center on Mingo Rd. between 36th St. North and Apache Boulevard near Tulsa International Airport. The facility is said to bring at least 200 full and part-time jobs to Tulsa. This is Amazon's third facility in Tulsa after a fulfillment center and delivery station opened last year. Israeli-Based Aerospace Company Relocates to Tulsa

May 10th, 2021

TAT Technologies Ltd. has announced their plan to relocate its thermal components activities from Israel to Tulsa, OK. The company, as stated in the article from the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, is "the world's largest independent manufacturing/repair company of thermal components for the aviation industry, and also the parent company of Tulsa-based Limco Airepair."  Over 300 new jobs will be created from the project, as well as the company using CareerTech campuses to recruit the necessary technical tradesmen.
