David Burnett serves as Senior Vice President of Newmark Robinson Park and specializes in the sale, site selection, and underwriting of institutional multifamily properties. He graduated from Oklahoma State University with a B.B.A. in Economics. Mr. Burnett sailed around the world studying International Trade and Economics in 10 different countries.

Mr. Burnett has brokered more than $1.5 billion in commercial real estate transactions including the sale of a $151M luxury portfolio, setting a state record for overall price. He has been recognized as a “Forty Under 40” business achiever and received multiple “Costar Power Broker” awards. He is a member of various real estate trade organizations and has served in different capacities for civic groups and charities.
