Jackson Rice is a Capital Markets Broker at Newmark Robinson Park, where he also leads acquisitions and dispositions for the Robinson Park Investments portfolio. He works with ownership, investors, and capital partners to source opportunities, structure transactions, and execute investment strategies across the portfolio.

Focused on Oklahoma City, Jackson combines financial analysis with a relationship-driven approach to real estate. His experience spans hospitality and commercial real estate, including work on the BoomBox development in the Adventure District, where he helped advance the project's Tax Increment Financing (TIF) district.

Jackson earned degrees in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Oklahoma State University. He serves on the executive boards of the Oklahoma Adventure District and the Commercial Real Estate Council and is active with Leadership OKC and the DT Club of OKC.
