Karley Harper joined the Newmark Robinson Park Industrial Team in October 2021, bringing more than a decade of experience in commercial banking. Prior to transitioning into commercial real estate, she held underwriting, treasury management, and relationship management roles at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., where she worked with companies ranging in size from $20 million to $1 billion in revenue. Her background provides a strong foundation in financial analysis, credit underwriting, and complex capital structures.

Earlier in her career, Karley spent five years leading the marketing and public relations efforts for a 300‑unit quick‑service restaurant franchisor. This blend of financial expertise, analytical depth, and marketing insight allows her to deliver thoughtful, strategic guidance to clients across the industrial real estate sector.

The Newmark Robinson Park Industrial Team specializes in the leasing and sale of industrial properties, land sales and development, build‑to‑suit projects, tenant and landlord representation, and capital markets services. Collectively, the team has completed more than $1.5 billion in transactions throughout the Oklahoma City and Tulsa markets.

Ms. Harper holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Oklahoma.
