Andy Ridley serves as Executive Vice President of Brokerage and Asset Management at Robinson Park. He began his commercial real estate career in 2005 after graduating from the University of Oklahoma, initially focusing on office leasing and investment brokerage. Over time, his expertise expanded into real estate asset management, where he has overseen a broad range of property types, value-add initiatives, ground-up developments, and day-to-day financial operations.
At Robinson Park, Mr. Ridley oversees the Newmark Robinson Park brokerage platform and leads a team of asset managers responsible for the firm’s office and multifamily investment portfolio, representing more than $2 billion in assets under management across markets nationwide. Mr. Ridley is deeply committed to the Oklahoma City community and serves on the board of Cleats for Kids, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting underserved youth in Oklahoma. Outside of work, he is an avid pilot and enjoys flying with his family whenever possible.
