Collier Imgrund, CCIM, joined the Oklahoma Industrial Team at Newmark Robinson Park in 2016, after previously interning with the firm while completing his undergraduate degree at Oklahoma State University. Following graduation, he worked in Dallas, Texas, where he assisted on multiple investment sale transactions across the United States and played a key role in assembling a 14‑property portfolio with a combined value exceeding $35 million.
Mr. Imgrund’s expertise spans capital markets, land sales and acquisitions, and industrial sales and leasing, enabling him to provide highly strategic and professional service to his clients.
As part of the Oklahoma Industrial Team—recognized for more than $1.5 billion in combined transactions across the Oklahoma City and Tulsa markets—Collier has contributed to numerous notable Tulsa sale and lease transactions, some of which are listed below.
