Collier Imgrund received the Industrial Lease of the Year for the 138,000 square foot lease with SupplyOne, Rick Guild won Office Sale of the Year for the $102M sale of Warren Place, and Brandon Lamb took home the award for the Multi-Family Deal of the Year with the $160M HPI Portfolio.
