Rick Guild, SIOR, joined the Tulsa office of Newmark Robinson Park in 2020, bringing more than 39 years of experience in the leasing, management, development, and sale of office and industrial properties throughout the Tulsa market. Over the course of his career, Rick has completed more than $1 billion in personal leasing and sales transactions.

Rick began his commercial real estate career in 1983 with Trammell Crow Company, where he was responsible for the leasing and marketing of a 4.5 million square foot office and warehouse portfolio in Tulsa. This portfolio included some of the city’s most prominent properties, such as BOK Tower, Williams Towers I & II, Triad Center I & II, among others, and served institutional clients including Merrill Lynch, Cigna, Equitable, and CalPERS.

In 1992, Rick joined Property Company of America as Director of Leasing, overseeing leasing, brokerage, and tenant relations for a 3 million square foot office portfolio. During his tenure, he was personally responsible for securing more than 2.5 million square feet of new management and leasing assignments, including CityPlex Towers, the largest office complex in Tulsa.

Rick’s extensive market knowledge, long‑standing client relationships, and transaction experience make him a trusted advisor for office and industrial owners and users throughout northeast Oklahoma.
